Brisbane Latin Party – July 2023

The sounds, colours and food of Latin America was on full display at the Brisbane Latin Party in King George Square on Saturday 29th July 2023. 

As part of our vision to bring more viability and support to The Latin Directory family, we had the privilege of hosting a stall at the event and showcasing some of our members throughout the day.

There were so many amazing stall holders on display from the amazing flavours coming from the food vendors including coffee, traditional sweets, ice tea and many other amazing foods bringing tastes from south american regions to the party.

In addition to the amazing food, there was entertainment on the main stage all day and lots of hand made bags, jewelry, clothing and other items on display through numerous stalls.

In addition to supporting the Latin American community and local events, one of our core passions is to raise up, coach and encourage great Latin American businesses. 

We were delighted to be joined by a couple of our amazing members, Artistry and Chavalo Transport on the day to help them showcase their great businesses and it was also great to catch up with Daniel Nieto from ALAYP to hear about their next event too (we’ll share more details on that soon). 

I spoke with one young lady who said how much she loved experiencing the hospitality and vibrancy of the Latin American culture throughout the day and was really enjoying herself. 

We’re excited to continue to raise awareness of all the great Latin American businesses and organisations around Australia and continue to help our members grow and promote themselves more to the Australian marketplace.
